Shipping & Returns

At Red Maple K9 Gear, buying reliable trail gear should feel straightforward and stress-free. Every piece is carefully assembled, inspected, and packaged before it leaves our shop. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

 
Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us promptly and we’ll help resolve it.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns & Exchanges

If a product isn’t the right fit, unused items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be free from dirt, hair, odors, or signs of wear

  • Include original packaging when possible

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, chewing, or normal wear

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship for the long haul.

If your gear fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, chewing, misuse, or cosmetic aging from regular use.
